This also ensure the highlights of your home are showcased to their best potential. Then, to capture the best features of your home, professional photos will be taken to display the unique selling features of your home to ensure it will stand out from the competition.
NEGOTIATING THE BEST PRICE
When an offer is submitted, I will sharply negotiate the offer on your behalf to ensure your needs are held in the highest regard throughout the process, with the goal of achieving top dollar for your home. My experience and professional education help me in handling challenging transactions, as well as resolving serious buyer and seller issues. I will also be present for any inspections if required, in order to satisfy the buyer’s conditions. My goal is to move the offer towards a firm sale for you.
OPEN HOUSES
In addition to holding open houses, which I will personally attend, I will ensure that private showings are arranged in times that are suitable for your schedule, and I will be there to ensure your home showcases to its best potential each and every showing. I will also provide feedback on all showings and communicate with you about what was said by potential buyers in a way that is most convenient for you (text, email, phone call) so that you stay current with the feedback from the buying market.

The time between subject removal and possession date is the time for you to start packing! Book your moving services, arrange for the connection (and disconnection) of your Hydro, Fortis, internet and cable. Make arrangements with Canada Post for mail forwarding or address changes. I am always available to answer questions, help problem-solve, and just be there to make the process as easy as possible for you!
